Hello toast is our funky, bustling breakfast and lunch restaurant in downtown Kamloops.
We’ve been a part of the Kamloops community for over 20 years. Run by super good friends and family, we pride ourselves on being a place that people come to gather, eat and be happy!
Join us seven days a week for a sweet or savory all day breakfast or for one of our delicious home created, home cooked lunch plates.
Our chef sources local meats and produce whenever possible to bring you the best quality ingredients.

We had breakfast here on recommendation of a friend. Thanked them afterwards! Very good and some quite unique breakfast choices. Good service. Comfy room and nice little sidewalk side patio. Definitely will be back
Love that I can order my fave vegetarian eats & my hubby can order bacon & eggs…something for everyone! I always try a soup because there hasn’t been one I haven’t loved! They also have giant homemade cookies at the til that are soooo delish. I get the gluten free but both are awesome! Definitely go here if you haven’t been before. Well worth it!

Strawberry Shortcake Stuffed Toast
Two slices of egg dipped sour dough, sliced strawberries and cream cheese. Topped with granola, honey butter and a side of whipped cream. YUM
Lunch
Signature Quesadilla – The Vegechoke
Grilled Spinach, red onions, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and swiss with an authentic chipotle mayo.
Served with soup, salad or spuds.
Optional: Add a protein of your choice.

Warm red quinoa and brown basmati with tahini vinaigrette, lime roasted chickpeas, cayenne baked yams, avocado, grape tomatoes, beet threads. Dan’s local microgreens and sesame seeds. WOW
